Structure
The Illinois YouthBuild Coalition, Inc. is a 501-c-3 nonprofit corporation, and is governed by a board of directors comprised of YouthBuild program directors, a representative of YouthBuild USA, and several youth members.  The Coalition also includes general members representing other organizations and/or individuals that are dedicated to youth and community development or whose mission is consistent with the purposes of the corporation.
